Lists

Creating lists:

-       In the search area, search for companies or people with your chosen keywords

-       For a more targeted search, include additional parameters using advanced search features. You can choose extra freeform keyword terms to include and even terms that would exclude results (i.e. search for Apple, but not fruit)

o   Refine your results

§  News triggers

§  Industry

§  Revenue

§  Location

§  Number of employees

§  Founded year

§  Contact data

-       You can create lists of companies or people you are interested in by checking the boxes next to the companies or people returned in any search result. You can also select up to 1,000 companies or people to include in any list by using the ‘All Companies’ or ‘All People’ tools just above the results

-       Lists you create can be named and saved. They will appear on the left side of your personal dashboard

-       Lists can either be exported directly to CSV or Salesforce, or they can be saved to your dashboard. (We advice you to save all lists to your dashboard before exporting from the platform)
